That Semi at Old Trafford, you could've put any other two English clubs in there and I'd be astonished if they could create a better atmosphere. Proper Geordies are from the westend. You're Swedish or something. Ye naa what it is. I was brought up on the outskirts of the city to the west, like you Steve, I went to the school in the West End (a good school though), and I have to hold my hands up and say the people from Walker and Byker in my opinion, are nicer and more genuine. Places like Lemington are so fuckin clannish, full of total inbred wanks, same with Throckley to a certain extent. I find people in the East End as far as Walkerville to be absolute bang on, better craic too, which is why I drink down there sometimes. My family are all from Walker originally, no one left there now, but I used to love staying at me nana's.
Jusoda Kid 1
Don't think I've met one decent kid from the WE if I'm honest. They all feel the need to big up the WE and slag the EE, which says it all to me.

Lived in Benwell, then Kenton between the age of 2 and 8, then Denton Burn, Newbiggin Hall and West Denton/Westerhope until my 20's Stevie. My family are all from the west end on my mams side, and none of us lived as far out as Throckley.

The Denton was my local for years, and there was never any bother in there. When I go into places like the Chilli for instance, it feels a bit sort of odd though. Although the Newton and Corner House used to be OK

I tell a lie, I've got one mate from over there who's now alright but when he first moved over from there to Walker he was a total cock, wouldn't trust anyone and was just looking to kick off all the time for the slightest thing, as if he had to prove something.
