RlCO 0
SBR's record vs. the Gooners excluding losses: Newcastle United 0-0 Arsenal 11-04-2004 Newcastle United 1-1 Arsenal 09-02-2003 Newcastle United 1-1 Arsenal 09-03-2002 Newcastle United 0-0 Arsenal 15-05-2001 Newcastle United 4-2 Arsenal 14-05-2000 Arsenal 1-3 Newcastle United 18-12-2001 Arsenal 0-0 Newcastle United 30-10-1999 Post SBR it is 1 win and 2 draws from 6 Our record against most teams is quite impressive if you exclude the losses tbf. That was kinda the point
JawD 99
Sams game plan is to stop the opposing team playing. Arsenal have too much class for us to do that. so we will spend the game chasing shadows. Im going there thankful Ill get to see some decent football. shame its not from us. 0-2 (and thats optimistic).
peasepud 59
tbh I'd have no complaints if we were still in a game (ie within a goal of them) by the first ten minutes. FYP Nothing short of a tonking can be seen here however if it comes with a hard fought battle and sensible managerial decisions/ team selection then I'll be more optimistic than now. Shearergol 0
My best mate is an Arsenal fan and he's not as confident about the hammering as we are. Says their midfield are all missing and defence is starting to look shakey. His prediction is 1-2 though (so let's see).
JawD 99
If their defence is shakey then ours is positively convulsing. Even with a shakey back line, where do our goals come from with 9 men behind the ball? Gawd I sound to depressive these days..... Holden McGroin 6957
Charles N'Zogbia left back again? Whats up with the Spaniard he spent millions on? Needs 37 months to get used to the premiership. Not sure how he is going to do that chained to the bench though.

acrossthepond 901
Can see us pipping this one. As someone said, this is the kind of game that we win. That, and their midfield is mostly injured. 1-0 with Obafendriy Martinsko to score.

wellsy 0
We get the next goal we will win, mark it down. Playing reasonable given the first goal and awesome finish by Adebayor, great control but the marking let us down. I had to turn the volume up to hear the crowds reaction but it wasnt too bad. You could see Sam go 'fucken hell' in the directors box. Everything is coming down N'Zgobia's and Milners left.
RlCO 0
At least te crowd hasn't given up yet by the sounds of it. I've only got 6 cans left , and they taste like they have whiskey in them, what's that all about?
