Besty 4
Newcastle will be without defenders Abdoulaye Faye (calf) and Stephen Carr (hamstring) for the game against Premier League leaders Arsenal. Centre-back Steven Taylor (back) could return, but defender Claudio Cacapa and striker Michael Owen are both out. Midfielder Mathieu Flamini has joined Arsenal's growing injury list, which also includes Alex Hleb, Cesc Fabregas and Abou Diaby. Happy Face 29
I'll plump for a nowts each that Allardyce will get lambasted for, even though it'd be an excellent result.
trophyshy 7099
I was at the emirates when they knocked us out the cup. They never even adjusted their rear view mirror and were streets ahead of us. Without mixing or making up metaphors any further I am confident we'll get beaten by at least two clear goals. LAST SEASON'S CORRESPONDING GAMENewcastle United 0-0 Arsenal That would represent absolutely no improvement on last season whatsoever and I would immediately be calling for his head. Holden McGroin 6957
Whats up with Cacapa? Confidence just shot? I expect a valiant display but we will be defeated YET again. 0-1 - Adebayor
manc-mag 1
tbh I'd have no complaints if we were still in a game (ie within a goal of them) by the last ten minutes.

It was an excellent result last season too and Roeder should never have been sacked. Allardyce will do well to improve on Roeders 6 points against the big 4 at home, without losing one of them. ewerk 31600
Allardyce will do well to improve on Roeders 6 points against the big 4 at home, without losing one of them. He'd be doing really well following the Liverpool result. I'm not too arssed about losing against the big 4 if we could beat the shite around us. khay 10
Whats up with Cacapa? Confidence just shot? I expect a valiant display but we will be defeated YET again. 0-1 - Adebayor Meant to be a hamstring problem , he came out and said that he pushed himself to be ready for the Portsmouth's game. Also said that he has played well against Benjani before.
