Opportunity for payrise

Four people are leaving my department in the next 6 weeks, leaving me as the only remaining continuity and stability.

 

I have a pay review in 3 weeks, recently passing my work review with flying colours.

 

Without seeming like too much of a FUCKING MERCENARY, how do I best place myself to ensure I get the healthy payrise I deserve, and they get the stability they need.

Ask for one

 

remind them of your review, remind them people have left (don't mention the fact that you're the only one around), tell them you're committed to the cause and how about some "recognition" on the pay front

 

keep it very polite but SERIOUS
