catmag 337
Heard any good ones recently? One of the lasses at work has just become a grandma. Her daughter has called her child Mimi Tallulah. Now why would you? I know there's a bit of a trend for 'unusual' names these days but that's just daft. If anyone on here has a child called Mimi then I'm sorry (for them!!)

Zathras 267
I'd take Mimi over Catherine, Alistair and Craig...   33880  Or for that matter, some funky spelling of Steven.    Nah, my mom had a kid in her (2nd grade) class named "Orangejellow." Pronounced "Oran-jullo"
sammynb 3517
I'd take Mimi over Catherine, Alistair and Craig...   33880  That's only because you've seen her home made porn on the web, you dirty bastid!  (Note for those that don't know, Elle Macpherson has a sister by the name of Mimi who thought it would be cool to let her boyfriend video them one evening. The short version is that after they broke up he decided it maybe worth something from the family, so he asked for a small fee. And in order to help with the ease of distribution he took it to a local video dubbing company to have copies made. The tape operator there recognised Miss Mimi and it found its way out into the public domain. The sad fact is that although said boyfriend is rather well endowed, he is pretty useless with it and most of the tape is her masturbating like a jack hammer on her clitoris!) sweetleftpeg 0
You should try working in Byker, the new trend round here is ti name your kid something only slightly off the wall but then spell it totally wrong so it's unique. Like 'Sumer' and 'Tabiffa'.

In Walker, Byker and the like you got stuff like Kylie, Connor, Britney etc. or normal names spelt wrong like Linzi. In Jesmond you got a few Clouds and Sunbeams and the like. It's fucking child abuse, I'm telling you!

Apart from the Charmin one. If the lass was from Byker. Â It can't be too long before theres some poor bugger in the wall answering to the name of Toilet Duck. With an exotic spelling no doubt. Those 3 example I gave above, all African American. In my experience the Kings & Queens of dodgy names. Anything beats naming your kids after Eastenders characters though.
