We could easily still finish 3rd top or 3rd bottom. I actually scored a couple of weeks ago. Underarm throw to our lad up front who went to twat it on the turn..air kicked it..keeper dived expecting contact..ball in net. Chilavert eat your heart out. It doesnt matter how I put this I'm going to sound like a mug, but I used to score that often it would have to be a good fucking goal to get me excited. Just became more of a reflex action that I was good at, probably like a black porn star, rather than something I got loads of enjoyment out of. They just expect it-they still enjoy it, but they're used to it. One of the lads plays for Northampton-scores freakish goals all the time. I asked him about Tozer actually and mentioned there was rumours we had signed the wrong lad from Swindon. he said Tozer says he was scouted by NUFC for years so that's a non runner. Anyway, for me after playing 4 seasons or so and having a miss-hit cross(in a friendly) and a poxy toe poke(on the line!) as my only goals, to score a goal as good as that was incredible.
