khay 10
Roy Keane wants Sunderland to head into the international break with a derby victory over Newcastle United. The Black Cats are on a run of six games without a win and are just one point outside the Premier League relegation zone. Keane encounters his first Tyne-Wear derby on Saturday as Newcastle visit The Stadium of Light, live on Sky Sports 1, and the Irishman is hoping Sunderland can pick up the points. "I think it's a great game for us on the back of a few disappointing results and obviously Newcastle had a disappointing result themselves last weekend," said Keane on Sky Sports News. Positive "It's just before the international break and it would be nice to go into the break with a positive result. "We are all looking forward to that." Reflecting on the two teams' current points tallies, Keane feels Newcastle will be the happier, despite the high expectations at St James' Park. He added: "I think Newcastle will be a lot more happy than us in terms of points - they've got eight extra points than us, so they'd be happier. "But the expectations up here, whether you are a Newcastle fan or a Sunderland fan, they want that bit more, but we have to focus on ourselves. "We certainly need positive results at home and we are trying to get them."
