Ketsbaia 0
The Physios, Coaches, Training Regimes and Training Facilities all need to be looked at. This isn't just bad luck anymore, there's something seriously wrong with something at our club. Dyer, Emre and now Luque.
adios 717
Is it just my memory or do other clubs have bigger problems with things like leg breaks whilst all of our injuries seem the same? Maybe we should be looking away from the physios and towards the facilities? Some of the stories I've read about training are a joke, even after the new training grounds. Physios can complain about certain things but they can't change alot of them, although the fact people are 'scratching their heads' trying to figure out the problem is rather worrying. Rob W 0
Beeb_ Luque injury blow rocks Newcastle Newcastle striker Alberto Luque has been ruled out for at least the next two months with his hamstring problem. Luque, 27, was stretchered off with the injury in the first half of Saturday's 1-1 draw with Fulham at St James' Park, trying to keep the ball in play. A scan carried out on Monday revealed the damage was worse than first feared and he could miss the next 10 weeks. Spanish international Luque only signed for Graeme Souness' side 19 days ago in a £9.5m deal from Deportivo La Coruna. Have Your Say on 606 Chat about Luque's absence Souness is also without midfielders Kieron Dyer and Emre through injury. Saturday's game was only Luque's second game for Newcastle since he moved to the club.
