Barney 0
Wow, fair play to him. Be good for him anyway-as long as he doesn't get Bill Big Bollocks about it.

IrishMag 0
Only real surprise member is Taylor. Hope...even though he wont...that he gets a game. Shame the Ireland squad is never predictable!
MattM4 0
Great for the lad! Just being part of the squad will be a great experience. Slightly annoying that Owen is in there

bassplayerjj 0
Hope Taylz get's a half. Would be a fantastic experience for him at Wembley, one that I reckon his character will rise to. Good luck to him.
Meenzer 15871
I know a lot of people have it in for the lad, and I don't think he's quite as good as his press (yet), but I don't see how this can do anything but help him along the way. Also: Dyer (West Ham) How good does that look? EDIT: And no Jenas. Shocking. Edited August 17, 2007 by Meenzer

Shocking. delighted Jenas isn't there to be honest, never done anything for me in an England shirt, so damned overrated, even when he was here I always preferred Dyer (the swine) to him in the middle with Speed. Shearergol 0
Gerrard gets ruled out by his manager to play for England, yet they play him this weekend? Shouldn't we be taking that approach with Owen?
ewerk 31600
Sam sounds as if he's quite happy to have Owen playing for England.
