Radgina 1 Posted August 6, 2007 Share Posted August 6, 2007 (edited) ...had dodgy connections since Friday and every time I have rang Bangalore or wherever the fuck it is I have been told " there is a problem with the BT exchange" and yet 5 minutes later I get connected !!! Right I'm actually being sincere for a change here, just try actually phoning them and say you're not happy with the service, possibly thinking of canceling etc and they might give you some form of a goodwill gesture. In cases like this for disruption what normally goes on is they just give you the money back in what you would have paid for a full month and divide it by how many days you lost service.
