To be fair, he was a great player and turned in some awesome performances for the danish national team, but the whole Real Madrid adventure turned some screws. The only reason he had one decent season for Everton was when whatyamacallit played along side him and did his defending for him whilst he pissed off and did nowt, scoring the odd goal which got him the odd headline!
