Kid Dynamite 7328
We got through to the final whistle with no further incident, although Harper played his part in the move that led to the fourth goal and the mass strip swap after the final whistle revealed that our lot were again wearing heart monitors. from.com Im glad to see our new manager is embracing new technology. Poles apart from Roeder/Souness

Poles apart from Roeder/Souness I noticed Pompey players wearing them in that Asia Cup as well.
MattM4 0
How big are these things then? They must get in the way slightly, can't find a pic of them being worn.
wellsy 0
How big are these things then? They must get in the way slightly, can't find a pic of them being worn. Im assuming they are similar to normal heart rate monitors which just fit around your body with a remote device recording the heart rate. Or they will be the over the shoulder numbers and be placed at the back and not only record heart rate but also running intensity, running speeds, how much time they walk, run, sprint, distance, position, altitude and how much space is covered on the pitch etc. These are from the GPS devices they use here in the AFL/WAFL and are handy devices to have. Can explain so much and then we can cater for their needs in terms of what system needs to be trained etc etc. So im assuming this is the type of the device they are using. I will try and find a picture of what they look like, but the ones we use here strap on over the back of the shoulders with the plate of the GPS tracking device being held along the vertebrae in a pouch. Im assuming they would be using these during friendlies as well as it is a handy device for the players and staff. Im a qualified Sports Scientist, i should head over.... Dr Kenneth Noisewater 0
Can only wear them pre-season, the premier league won't allow them in competitive games for some reason
