shakermaker 0
i've ate nearly a half pound of chevington cheese over the last couple of days, bought at the cheese shop in morpeth it's very lightly creamy but has enough bite in it to make it worthwhile. luckyluke 2
Feta is always a favourite, as is good old cheddar. I like most cheeses, apart from Roquefort, which mings. I was at a BBQ the other day and the burgers had the stuff in. Eeeurgh.
Brock Manson 0
Edam for cheese and pickle sandwiches. But wensleydale is great as well but not as good for cheese and pickle sandwiches. I first tried it because it was on Wallace&Gromit

Brock Manson 0
Ooo in Mallorca in our hotel they had cheese at the pudding buffet, and it was swimming (for want of a better word) in chilli and olive oil! Lovely I called it 'chilli cheese' but really there was garlic there as well so it should've been 'chilli garlic cheese". But I felt that had too many syllables. Meenzer 15561
Mozzarella is vastly underrated. Toasted on rye bread with tomato slices and fresh basil - ohhh yes.

How dull 29005[/snapback] Well thats odd as Red Leicester is my second favourite! Honestly, try some Wensleydale with Cranberry, its scrummy, crumbly and very morish
Gemmill 44996
Not that big into cheese personally. Although I like the smoked Austrian stuff that comes in red sausage cellophane.

Mags 1
Cabot's makes a nice sharpish cheddar here with garlic in it- has to be my all time fave. Also, mozzarella, havarti, dubliner, and leicester red cheeses rate highly for me. *edit* Add Brie on there, but only when it's spread with fresh oregano and thyme then baked in flakey pastry. Gorgeous that. Edited September 6, 2005 by Mags

Dr Kenneth Noisewater 0
Wensleydale Baby-bel's are nice too, I noticed last night they've remixed the ba-ba-ba ba-baby-bel tune on the new advert.
