If that's racist, I'm racist. If it's facist, I must be that too. I think that's ridiculous Stevie. Apart from it not being practical, who would decide what harms this country? If it's the people at the top presumably they'd argue being anti- the war in Iraq would be against this country. Have a think about what you're arguing for, it's basically taking away freedom. Recent events have made many people even more racist, they see an Asian, and the thick significant thuggish minority automatically think a) "paki bastard" muslim extremist. It's particularly sickening for the Indian community, who actually mix less with muslims than they do white people, due to something which borders on sectarianism. Championing 7/7, 9/11 etc. is totally indefensible. I'm not arguing. You can't just deport people who are British citizens though. Which country is going to take them anyway. Would you accept other countries sending criminals etc. to the UK? Of course not. It isn't a solution I'm afraid. If they break the law, try them and imprison them where appropriate. As an aside, on one level, I wouldn't have lost any sleep if the people who planned to bomb the Ministry of Sound had a bullet put in their head instead of being brought to trial. It's pretty much what they deserved. On the other hand, if the powers that be go around making judgements without due process, where would it end? The very foundations on which our society is built would start to be eroded imo. What would be next? Again, I have no sympathy for these arseholes.
