Jimbo 175
West Ham and Newcastle are set for a £3million tug-of-war over Canadian star Atiba Hutchinson. The FC Copenhagen midfielder played against Manchester United and scored against Celtic in last season's Champions League and could be the right man to help the Hammers survive after the expected departure of Carlos Tevez to Manchester United. The 24-year-old moved to Sweden to play for Osters IF in 2003 before moving to Helsingborgs and he joined the side from the Danish capital in 2006. The club won back-to-back titles in 2006 and 2007. Gemmill 52109
West Ham will just double whatever wage offer we make tbh. They've gone completely spazzo.
Offshore Toon 0
If he goes to West Ham for higher wages, I wouldn't want him anyway.
Gemmill 52109
There's plenty players down the years that have come to Newcastle for the higher wages, so I wouldn't get too precious about it.
Offshore Toon 0
Yeah, but that's because most players don't fall for Souness' "I used to be a great player, so I can make you a great player" speech.

bassplayerjj 0
Saw him play against Celtic and liked the look of him. By the sound of it he's a versatile midfield/forward injury free Kieron Dyer type but standing 6'2. Could be a useful addition if he doesn't command high wages. Canny player, was pretty average in his first season at Copenhagen but was quality last year.
Mark 0
Do the media just link us with random Scandanavians, and Copenhagen players?
Zathras 366
I'd much rather get DeGuzman. Spectacular midfielder. I think he's gone to Deportivo though. Or DeRosario.
