West Ham have never owned either Tevez or Macherano, They are both owened by Joorabchin who was in pole position to buy the hammers until magnessun stepped but by then the deal was done for the players and they were paraded before the media so it was too late to pull the plug. Everyone knew it was fishy but the FA did, well FA.
