Tooj 17
7 Goals in 12 games for Milan in the league, as well as 4 assists. Amazing when you look back and a lot of that footage is a decade old now. Biggest waste of talent I've ever seen despite everything that he has achieved. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_KFy7YaWo4

Papa Lazaru 0
i wouldnt say no to him in my team Plenty did a while back. Possibly even a majority wouldn't have had him! I think somebody with his ability is invariably worth a gamble if they're currently out of form and/or overweight etc.
Holden McGroin 6964
To be honest...if i had signed for us it would have been for £100,000 per week and he would have been injured 95% of the time.

An overweight Ronaldo in the Prem would have been awful mind. Particularly for us. Glad it never happened tbh.

I've never seen anyone, in my time anyway who could run with the ball at such blistering pace yet with such unbelievable close control and skill. You're right though, big wages and injuries would have been the likely outcome!

He still is but if anything he was seemingly more powerful when he weighed a bit less. I'm not saying he's fat now, the weight issue is overplayed with him but he's probably a stone heavier than he was (at a guess). You could have taken away one of his best attributes when he was at his best and he still would have been one of the world's best players imo. I'd say a couple of things that are so underplayed with Ronaldo are how good is left foot is, as he really is a two footed player if I've ever seen it in a striker, some of the goals he has scored with his left foot have been brilliant. Another thing as well would be the fact that his long distance shooting has often been overlooked, as most people associate him with his goals being scored inside the box, but he's scored his fair share of screamers from outside of the area as well. Used to take a quality free-kick as well before he suddenly stopped taking them.
Baggio 0
I was in tesco's a few weeks back and they had a copy of 4-4-2 magazine on the shelf, Ronaldo was on the cover as he'd done an interview inside and one of the questions was asking him how close he come to joining Newcastle, I was tempted to buy it to find out what he'd said. Another aspect about his play is his precising shooting from around 18-20 yards where he doesn't quite pass the ball but he doesn't blast it either. Just low and right in the corner with (as you say) both feet.

I got it, he claimed he knew nothing of the reports. by the way, does Vitor Baia know that he's nicked his 99 shirt ?
