Scottish Mag 3
NOLBERTO Solano has not been included in Peru's provisional squad for this summer's Copa America. It had been reported that coach Julio Cesar Uribe was prepared to recall the 32-year-old to the international fold, but there was no place for the Magpie star when he named a 26-man squad on Tuesday. Instead, it is thought that Uribe could bring back Solano, a national hero in his native Peru, for their 2010 World Cup qualifying campaign. The Copa America kicks-off on June 26 in Venezuela. ewerk 31582
It's not the Copa America I'm really worried about but the travelling he's going to have to do for the WC qualifiers, at his age he really doesn't need any more travelling or football.
