Rob W 0
Be very very careful - the Govt has just changed the rules basically you are Ok if you own the company, you don't fall foul of IR35 Google IR35 or Manged Service Companies (these are now illegal) - there's lots of advice better to a Limited company than straight self employed but its a bit of a minefield What lien of business are going to do? Rob W 0
well do you intend to work for a number of companies or just one? Will you be working hours YOU decide or they do? Will you be in the internal phone directory? Is it Hourly or day rate or fixed price i.e do you take any risk? Do you provide your own equipment? these are some of the issues around IR35.............
