American actress Barbie Cummings – real name Justis Richert – also says she has evidence of the tryst in a video he filmed of the incident. Writing on her blog, Cummings, 21, says that Tennessee State Trooper James Randy Moss pulled her over for speeding near Knoxville. While issuing the ticket, he asked if she had any drugs in her pink Honda Accord and she admitted to 'happy pills'. Cummings, star of such films as Freaky First Timers, writes: 'Then he asks me, what does it cost for someone like me to get anything like you?' She then describes performing oral sex on the officer outside his car in a secluded area. Photos on her blog that appear to be video stills show her face but nothing that identifies the man as a trooper. Moss, a Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper, has been suspended pending an investigation into the alleged incident. He declined to comment.
