Kevin Carr's Gloves 4095
Not a wedding present thread. It's what Alex Ferguson has for complaining about a ball crossing the goal line and it not being awarded. The words Tottenham Hotspur spring to mind. peasepud 59
was he talking about the Giggs incident? surely that would have been a foul anyway???
Gejon 2
The ref didn't give it as a foul so he has the excuse to moan but I honestly don't think he believes it. Anyone with the smallest bit of common sense would realise that goal shouldn't have stood!

Shearergol 0
Love the way Andy Gray said "Ryan Giggs couldn't help but slide into Cech, so it has to be a goal". Yeah, that's how it works.
luckyluke 2
Love the way Andy Gray said "Ryan Giggs couldn't help but slide into Cech, so it has to be a goal". Yeah, that's how it works. My Man Utd supporting friend claims it was a foul on Giggs so it should have been a penalty. Giggs was shit yesterday, if he'd been sharper Man Utd could have won comfortably. Craig 6703
There was one angle where it looked to me that Giggs used his hand to push it over the line. It was a foul and them arguing that the referee didn't give a foul therefore it must have been a goal is ridiculous. Never mind a foul, the referee didn't signal a goal, therefore it wasn't. As was already said, Spurs had the ball over the line and it wasn't given.
