@yourservice 67
Bolton have released Henrik Pedersen, David Thompson, Quinton Fortune and Cesar. The quartet have been informed they will not be offered new deals when their current contracts expire later this summer. Pedersen has spent six years at Bolton, but he told he would not be offered a new deal by former boss Sam Allardyce last month. The Dane had hoped new Bolton manager Sammy Lee may grant him a reprieve, but Lee has decided to let the utility man move on. Midfield man David Thompson only joined the club last January, but he does not figure in Lee's long-term plans. Former Manchester United ace Fortune has struggled with injuries since joining the club last summer making just seven appearances in the first team. Spanish defender Cesar made only one appearance for Bolton after arriving from Levante last year. However, Bolton have offered new deals to Tal Ben Haim and young Polish defender Blazej Augustyn and are waiting for their responses on the offers on the table. Is Fortune not a left back? would think he's a better option than Baba Edited May 18, 2007 by @yourservice

@yourservice 67
I thought he was a good player at Man utd when he was in the team, wasn't given the chance to prove himself tho
David Kelly 1290
On a downward career path now by the looks of it. Not really what we want although he could bolster the squad if his wages were reasonable.
Guest alex
Fortune has played left-back and left-midfield. Not sure I've seen enough of him to judge tbh. Confident he'd be better than what we have though.
ewerk 31620
No fucking way, the lad is very fucking injury prone, exactly what we don't need.
Glen 0
We shouldn't be looking at Bolton's cast-offs, to be fair.
Shearergol 0
Thought Allardyce wished Ben Haim well when he refused to sign a new contract at Bolton? Why would he sign one now when he can clearly get more money elsewhere?
