Matty 0
Current Hull boss, out of contract in 2 weeks, says he cannot rule out a move to SJP as Allardyce's assistant.

Ketsbaia 0
Speaking of potential backroom staff I would love for Sam to try and get Steve Heighway to look after the youth team.

The Scousers who post on N-O seem to think he's useless. As for Brown, I get the feeling he's using this to push for a new contract at Hull. I stopped reading after that The lad who wrote it is actually a knowledgeable bloke, he said Heighway held the youth system back rather than developing players good enough for the squad, the only players to really break the squad over the last 20 years were Fowler, Owen, Gerrard, Carragher and McManaman and they would have made it however was in charge. Howaythetoon 0
Using us to get what he wants at Hull IMO, has always wanted to be a manager that's why he left Bolton in the first place. Doubt he'll join us. Very good number 2 though.
Howaythetoon 0
Speaking of potential backroom staff I would love for Sam to try and get Steve Heighway to look after the youth team. Skol Heighway is someone Rafa has criticised and who many Reds regard as someone who isn't doing a good job at their own academy, incase you don't know. What gives you the impression he's any good BTW, out of interest? Can't remember Liverpool producing many good youngsters not since Gerrard really. My own choice would be Simon Clifford <link: http://www.icfds.com/content2/index.php?op...&Itemid=125 > (as football development officer which would covere the development of all players, youth up to senior level and of course community level), sadly I doubt he will join us but we are guaranteed to seek his advice as Sam did at Bolton, which is better than nowt. Edit: Clifford is rumoured to be the man Big Sam wanted to oversee player development for the FA across the country had he gotten the gig so you never know.
