Geordie Boyo 24
First thing yesterday morning I went to put the bin out before going to work. When I opened the back door I heard a growl. It sounded really close so I wondered where it was from as the neighbours to the left of me next door had moved out. I looked to my left and saw two little puppy's, probably about a month old huddled up against the side fence underneath the hedge that tumbles over it. They were shaking and it had been raining for most of the night. I couldn't believe my eyes...! We have a newly built six-foot fence around the back left-hand side of the garden so there was no way they could have crawled through anywhere so it was obvious what had been done. For all I know they could have been there over night! It was obvious that some bastard jumped into my neighbours back garden from the side street and threw them over the fence. The pups both had collars on so I rang the cat and dog shelter to come and pick them up. I just find it unbelievable how someone could resort to doing such a thing. Why have a pet, for one if you know you’re unable to look after it? Secondly, if you do so why not give them to the cat & dog shelter or sell them to someone who is capable and has time for a pet? To resort to doing that just reminds me how fucking evil some bastards are. If I had have forgotten to put the bin out that morning they probably would have froze to death. I'm surprised they were still alive after seeing the state they were in, tbh.

I'd summarily execute anyone that directly abused animals, usually it gives away a rotten soul and frankly the oxygen they use could be put to better use. sweetleftpeg 0
My Mrs found a dog shivering in the street and brought it home (the cat wasn't amused). Rang the RSPCA, they came out to get it, bloke said it was a dog bred for fighting but it was obviously soft as shite so they'd just dumped it. Happening a lot lately apparently. Guest alex
The North-East has the highest rates of animal cruelty in the country. The charvas specialise in that sort of thing tbh
JawD 99
Its sick. Absolutely sick. What kicks these scum get or what reasoning they come to is beyond me. People should have licences for all pets really, not just those deemed as dangerous.

gram 0
I would love to set fire to the bastards who do it. I love my dog and its not nice thinking that others havent been as fortunate as him. Dogs > Cats by the way.

Magma 0
I've never had dogs or cats, but that is just taking the piss. They wouldn't like it if they got left outside on the streets, no food, cold, wet and hungry.
Tom_NUFC 0
My brother and his girlfriend just rescued a kitten this week which had been dumped and looked thin and under-fed. They took it to the vets, and it's OK but has a few scratches and marks which the vet reckons has been caused by a person. I don't understand why people do this. If you've got an unwanted pet all you have to do is stick an ad in a shop window or paper - free to a good home etc, or phone the cat and dog shelter. There's just some absolute c*nts around.
