Tom 14021
I dunno, they might just despute it, I could just be sneaky...
Craig 6703
Check with them to see if they allow post-dated cheques. If you just try to be sneaky and not tell them and they don't notice, they'll probably try to cash it, it'll bounce because of the date issue and then they'll incur a penalty charge. NOT a good first impression....

Gemmill 47544
I doubt they're gonna accept a bond post-dated 5 months from now. What happens if you wreck the house between now and then and cancel the cheque? They won't even let you move in until they've got the cash in hand, I wouldn't have thought. The Fish 11116
kick em in the vagoo my old landlord insistted on post-dated cheques but he was a twat. No-one should ever rent property from John Planas and Sons (who, by the way, me and my mates are convinced is the man the League of Gentlemen boys used as a basis for their Papa Lazaru character). I'm looking for a place on city island, but I'm moving in with two lads and not many professional properties will accomodate three
