Asprilla 96
The only reason any fan would want us to lose is to benefit the club in the long term...ie, to put the nail in the coffin of a bad chairman or manager. There's nothing disloyal about wanting to speed up the inevitable and move forward.

Well if we sack Roeder and get Allardyce, he's not got a chance of winning us the league. Do we hope for defeats from the get go so he can be sacked ASAP and we can 'hope' for someone better than him too? Christ in Blighty. Do you want to finish below the Smoggies? There's nothing disloyal about wanting to speed up the inevitable and move forward. Considering it's been patently obvious for weeks that Roeder is not going to be sacked, and considering the prize money for each Premiership place, and considering a good few thousand will be travelling to watch this match on a Monday night, and considering that the match is being broadcast acroos the country, and considering it is Owen's first match back, and considering no potential manager will be impressed by the club getting humped off Reading, I thinks it's a disgusting attitude

Bombadil 0
Looks like we'll start next season with Roeder in charge regardless of what happens between now and the end of the season, so it would have been nice to win all of our remaining games and get a bit of optimism about us. I must have missed Roeder's resignation speech Exactly, only half of the option has come true, so who's happy about that? Calling people arseholes for wanting Roeder out is ridiculous btw, as is wishing people don't renew (in reference to HF). We can't all be super loyal supafans. Ironically, it's the more fickle fans that might get this club moving in the right direction again.

manc-mag 1
As defeats go I have to be honest and say it was relatively painless. I'm basically numb to it and refuse to get het up about match to match performances anymore. The problems are so much bigger than that.
