What if I'm thinking about buying a house but I don't know how much hassle it'll be to get it to how I want it? Buy a house with a loft conversion and a conservatory then you cant go wrong, or buy an apartment therefore the thoughts of converting the loft/ adding a conservatory are immaterial. Not necessarily! I have an upstairs flat WITH a conservatory! How does that work then? You just stuck it to the side of the building? Proper gippo job. Moves back and forth once the wind gets up-like being on the bridge of the starship enterprise. Conservatory and deck out the back man. It's Grand Designs-tastic.
