geordieshandy 0
Today - three feet. If I'm in the office it's about 25-30 miles, depending on time of day can take anything from twenty minutes to three quarters of an hour.

geordieshandy 0
Got a spare half a mill like? Actually where we are is National Trust, or Duke of Northumberland land so a lot of houses are leased. And we do have a certain R. Cushing living up my road.

Ideally I'd like somewhere on the Nothumbrian coast but like you say properties cost stupid money. Edited March 26, 2007 by Renton

WubbleUC 0
According to this, NE65 is Morpeth aswell. Normally just Monkseaton - Heaton for me. 10-15 mins by road on a normal morning, little bit quicker if the coat road isnt busy. If for some reason I have to get the metro though, fucking ages. sweetleftpeg 0
Shields to Byker, although Shields to Walker from next Monday. Takes about 15 minutes on average, mainly due to the traffic and having to go on fiddly roads. By public transport it's more of a pain in the arse, bus then Metro, probably about 45 minutes. Guest stevieintoon
I'd guestimate about 12 feet. From my room to my office, via the kitchen for a bacon sandwich before I start. Probably a 15 minute journey in total, can't complain. When I worked in Sunderland I didn't drive, early start I had to be there by 8. So it was 15 mins walk to the bus stop. 20 mins in to the toon. Usually 5 mins waiting roond for a Metro, 35 mins to Park Lane, then another bus to fuckin Doxford 15 mins. Same journey back, did my head clean in.
