khay 10
Tottenham 'interested in Govou' Govou may be set for Spurs Tottenham are one of a handful of clubs in the hunt for France and Lyon striker Sidney Govou, the player's agent says. The four-times French champions have yet to receive a concrete offer for the versatile 26-year-old, with the transfer deadline on Wednesday. "Things could take place on Tuesday," the player's agent Frederic Guerra told French publication L'Equipe. "Tottenham are interested, that's true, but there are a few other English clubs too." Lyon's communications director Olivier Blanc said it was up to Govou to instigate the transfer and that the club is awaiting an offer for the French international. "This is his responsibility to make things work on time," said Blanc. "But we also must receive a concrete offer." Can he play wide right anyone? TheInspiration 1
Nah, we'll use any of the leftover money to buy a new goldfish bowl for JJ. He'll settle in well in a bigger bowl and Newcastle have promised him a larger variety of fishes so he'll be entertained more and will stay at the club longer. They have also offered him a new £150,000 a week contract, because that will automatically make players play better. The estimated cost of this goldfish bowl will be £5 million, and the club had to fight off competition from Chelsea, who wanted it as an additional decoration for Stamford Bridge.
