This just-about-still-20something will be up for one or two after the game as well (before retiring to the rather more sedate confines of Gosforth High Street for the rest of the night :crylaughin:)

Gosforth High Street holds some great drinking memories for me, good times.

You're getting old, boys

I can't see you keeping up this pace too much longer, Lennon. Mid-30s soon for you! :crylaughin:

Watch me

Although I'm out tonight an'all. It may all prove too much

It'll either prove too much, or you'll be the grumpiest woman ALIVE walking in to work on Sunday night.

Walking along muttering like Mutley "ressurfressurworkressurshit!"

I know that. I'm your age for Christ's sake!

Now hey! You're older than me! :crylaughin:

You're 32 aren't you? We're talking a few months at most

Aye, 7

If by any chance I forget, make sure you remind me I owe you a pint and a fiver. I've got a memory like a sieve.

Have they shifted you to the back end of the week like, or are you skiving?

I will be there both pre and post match. Travelling back at 8pm so can enjoy a few drinks after the game for a change. Though it does mean I won't be home until after midnight  Its going to be fun and games for me if there is any delays as I will be lucky to catch my connections.. :crylaughin:

Really? Not that there aren't a couple of canny pubs there, but the company must have been bloody good for it to make you that nostalgic...

Done a swap just for next week so one of the lasses can go away for the weekend. Start Wednesday and finish the following Thursday morning.

Working all of the easter bank holidays like so I'll be in the money.

And Alex - you're right. I can't count this morning

I'd completely forgotten about it too. :crylaughin: Anyway, it may be a bit embarrassing doing it in public, but you could always slip it to me surreptitiously in the gents'.

(I've been listening to far too much I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue this week. I make no apologies.)

Spent my third year of university proper living on Salter's Road. Every night of the week we'd empty the quiz machine in the Jockey (after we'd filled it) then headed across to the Hotel to ogle the barstaff, then head to the kebab shop at the end. All changed now though, well two out of those three have anyway.

Ah, university. That explains a lot. :crylaughin:

The Hotel's where I tend to end up these days, though increasingly as an old fogey in the back bar.
