Brock Manson 0
Were you there Brock? I'm sure I saw you on the telly. Were you near the front? 3/4 way up the North Stand. Webb was terrible tbh. Had a great game, apart from missing the foul on Saha, which was inside the box, not out. Blaming the ref for the 3 goals are you Brock? The first. Also the fact he missed Richardson throwing the ball away 3 times, Saha's tendency to fall over at convenient times, playing advantage on several occasions when there clearly was none. Brilliant fucking refereeing. and he missed the clear penalty, as I said. Ergo he had a shit game.

acrossthepond 901
"Cheer up Alan Shearer, oh what can it mean? To a sad geordie bastard, and a shite football team!" Man U fans have gone up in my estimation after that song. I'm still not sure why they would sing it at a Reading game though. We don't sing Mackem songs at Blackburn games (well, I guess sometimes we do. But they're our rivals. We aren't Man U's rivals.) Sounds like terminal obsession with a player they only wish they'd had.
WubbleUC 0
Did anyone hear Ian Wright before the programme ended? The Mancs were doing thier whole 'Cheer up Alan Shearer' and 'Alan Hansen is a wanker' malarky, and after the 2 Alans had finished talking he went 'Well, I've just liked the songs tbh!' Alan and Alan shuffled uncomfortably. Cheeky bastard

I thought the challenge was inside the area but BBC *spits* didn't show a replay. Motson, nearing the end of the first half: 'If Reading score again, it will have been a real topsy-turvy first half.' Is that right, Motty?? Motson, around 80 mins: 'If Reading get another goal, they will be right back in the game.' Is that right, Motty??

No idea why there was no replay.
