peasepud 59
if it doesnt work the stick the old PC in a cupboard or corner switched on, hoy a wireless card in it and use it to network the files you want, sending over stuff the be written to DVD
Jimbo 175
or get an external HD caddy and stick the old hard drive in that and use it as an external USB hard drive. http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/120659
zico martin 89
or get an external HD caddy and stick the old hard drive in that and use it as an external USB hard drive. http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/120659 He has decided that some sort of external hard drive casing would be his best bet, but this one is less than a tenner ( ex vat) would this really do the job? The cheapest he could find were at least double the price of this and I dont want to recommend it until Im sure it will do the job. cheers
