newcastlebroon 0
I would rather have Sidwell on a bosman, even if we do have to pay a healthy signing on fee he is going to cost less than half what the others mentioned would! you reckon that lad will do it next season, when promotion-tastic men are sorted from the boys Yeah he has looked quality any time I have seen him (even though some of that was in the championship). Has Reo-Coker done it in his second season? I would say not really tbh thats what Im getting at, you cant really judge these players on one premiership season at a high flying club. I'd say emre has been consistently one dimensional
Gejon 2
I would take the "gamble" on Sidwell though.
tinofbeans 91
true enough sidwell and kevin harper have both been outstanding this season. sidwell's got the lot except pace. glen littles been good for reading as well (but is getting on a bit)... then there's leroy lita who has scored against all the big clubs and is doing very well. and the lad doyle was good till he got injured. £75k for someone that scored 8 goals in 15 starts aint bad. James Harper you mean. Great passer of the ball, but he's made it no secret that he wants to play abroad one day. Sidwell can't shoot for shit, but on his day he's a brilliant player. Little has always been class for Reading, considering his age and the fact no-one's ever heard of him, he's made every full back he's played against look like a sunday-leaguer. The game against Wigan, Baines was being skinned every time Little touched the ball. Criminally underrated player. Doyle and Lita won't be going anywhere unless very silly money is thrown at them.
