wykikitoon 21744
I do like fish, sword, salmon, squid and I have tried a bit of Cephalopod, was ok. However my gfriend doesnt like fish, the sight of it etc etc so its very rare I get out to fish restaurants etc etc but I did see a Sushi lunch box in Morrisons t'other day and I thought it looked quite nice. Has anyone had sushi and what are their thoughts?

looneytoon 0
Love the stuff. Scallop Ngiri and Inari Pocket are my favourites. Oh, and Eel Temaki Hand Rolls are also well tasty. Might just have to have some tonight!
MattM4 0
I'm also a no fish/seafood person. So a big no to sushi too.
Gemmill 47668
Nice sushi is fucking great. Haven't had any over here really, but it's something I really miss from living in America. Good for you as well.

Super_Steve_Howey 0
Vietnamese girl who was a friend took me to the Yo!Sushi in London. Not bad as contrary to popular belief only about a quarter of dishes are mostly raw fish. You can work your way into it with small dished that are mostly rice. They even do completely non fish dishes like chicken goujons for the complete feardies. Don't remember much of what it tasted like, suffice to say it wasn't a horrible experience. Brock Manson 0
Only had the M&S stuff which is essentially just canned tuna wrapped in rice so can't really comment. Must try it someday.

TBH, that M&S pre-packed stuff is shite. Proper sushi is actually rather nice. Wasabi though...didn't reckon on it being quite THAT hot.

Gemmill 47668
I'm jealous. Get the spicy tuna rolls, whack a little bit of wasabi in your soy sauce til it dissolves, and dip the rolls in it. Class. Don't try to eat the wasabi in lumps - stick it in the soy sauce. If you eat it in lumps you'll not taste anything for the rest of the night. Edited February 8, 2007 by Gemmill

Nice little place just at the far side of Liverpool Street Station in the city.
