Smooth Operator 10
Both of mine have gone within a couple of days of each other. How the fuck do you get the bastard headlight cover thing off? And do all cars take different bulbs depending on the make? Wanting to do it myself instead of trailing to a garage to be told, "Well we took the liberty to look over your vehicle and found this, this and this wrong and we'll fix it for a small fortune!" Gemmill 46093
They normally change from the inside, not out. Lift the bonnet and look down where the lights are. One of mine is gone at the minute, as well as the brake light. Alternatively, take it to Halfords and for a fiver on top of the bulb cost, they'll do it for you. David Kelly 1260
It's a piece of piss tbh. I've done it a few times and know sod all about cars. For mine (audi) you just open the bonet and there is a box on each side that you open and then you just unhook the bulbs and swap them. Different cars have different bulbs but they have lists in Halfords.

sammynb 3517
Depends on whether they are sealed beams or merely bulbs. If they are sealed beams (not that common any longer they can be expensive and you may have to buy genuine parts). These are removed as a complete unit through the front of the vehicle and need to be aligned correctly one replaced (because no doubt you will try and remove the alignment bolts as well!) If they are bulbs, as others have said you remove them from the back of the lens unit. Don't touch the glass part of the new bulb otherwise you will fuck it - actually if someone will fit them for a fiver let them do it, you useless twat
Jusoda Kid 1
On wor lasses vulva there's a screw off cap on the back of them, piece of piss tbh but probably a tad difficut for a silverspoon sucking lady boy like yourself. Get your lass to do it any way, after all it is her car and she's used to being bent over car bonnets with a couple of big bulbs in each hand

Smooth Operator 10
Got the bulbs last night at Halfords and asked the ginger nimrod on duty to fit them and he said he couldn't on my car cos it was dark and they are difficult to fit on that model. Then at the til the lass asked if I wanted them fitted and the ginger nimrod was standing next to her, so I said, "I did but carrot-top here said it was beyond him!" Haven't dissed a ging in so long, felt good.

Don't suppose you remember a lad called David Aitchison from the year above at first/middle school (or his sister Jane from the year below us, since that'd be more your territory)? Anyway apparently he died a week or so back from some undetected heart condition. What with him and Sharad, I reckon any of us who were at Central in the early 90s should be taking out some serious life insurance as a matter of urgency
