Glenn Roeder revealed yesterday that he has bought NEW CURTAINS for his family home.

"My wife had mentioned some time back that she felt the room could do with redecorating. After choosing the paint for the walls we both felt it would be a good idea to get some new curtains to match. The old ones were here when we first moved and frankly, they had seen better days."

All this comes hot on the heels of their recent *UNBELIEVABLE* decision to redo the attic to provide some much needed storage space.

Whatever next! !!! !! ! I'm SPEECHLESS!!!111! !ARGGHH!!1111!!!!!

He'd been looking at some Dutch curtains for a long time, but in the end decided he'd always wanted the ones he's got now.

trouble is though, now hes bought them hes going to put them up and then take them off again before it becomes dark while complaining that they didnt provide good enough cover at the back. Then he'll replace them by hanging a dust sheet over the curtain rail all the time saying what a great job the dust sheets are doing and moaning that he doesnt have any curtains however theres a fantastic new pair that his missus will be over the moon with just as soon as hes bought them.

At the same time the neighbour will make him an offer for the unwanted curtains to be told its not enough and he'll leave them rotting on the side of the window sill for the rest of the year while the dust sheet leaves a 6 inch gap down the side and often falls off the rails.
