Isegrim 10037
I don't think people even read what he says any more. They just look for the best bits to quote to bitch and whinge about. I don't think you even read what people say. You just whinge about people whinging. Except of a few people most are actually praising Roeder on this occasion. I just read the first few posts and became demoralised. I saw that alex and HF defended him, credit to them.

Could that be because he talks complete bollocks most of the time?

luckyluke 2
No, and that wasn't my point. Roeder talks shit most of the time, so you can't exactly blame people for not paying him that much attention.

Roeder talks shit most of the time, so you can't exactly blame people for not paying him that much attention. How will they know when he is or not if they don't read what he says? It seems to me that, although he has said some silly things, he's said a lot of sensible things too. It's just that people latch onto the less credible things and have now tarred him with that brush. He's been in a no-win situation for a long time with those people. Some of the less reasonable reactions in this thread show that.

AmericanMag 0
AF LOVES it when Roeder does something not-shit. :o He's the manager we should never have needed...but he's the right man for the situation now. for the money he's spent, hes done well, still think duff was a shephard signing I don't know if anyone else reads Four Four Two but they recently had the 100 highest paid in football and Duff was listed. They worked out that NUFC are paying more than the 5 mil. that is often mentioned... it reeks of a Shepherd signing...

Anyway how can they latch onto the less credible things if they are not reading what he says. The fact that people whinge about a lot of Roeder's public comments is because of history of spouting shite which far outweighs the sensible things he said because they are more eyecatching. As I have said a couple of times, Roeder would do himself a favour in just speaking less to the public.

Park Life 71
To be quite honest when a player comes back from long term injury it has 99% to do with the player and his willpower.

Guest alex
To be quite honest when a player comes back from long term injury it has 99% to do with the player and his willpower. I'd dispute that figure It depends on what the injury was as well though.
