I seen Northern Soul in certain Working mens club one evening and it had been twisted I chinned him, which never happened obviously. Nor did I get chinned. : ) Manc mag's memory is pretty scary. You are right about Blaydster - he said he was an amateur. Out of sheer curiosity I asked him a few questions for some craic - but he never replied again. I had been boxing through my teens with a local club in Newcastle (Empire) and fought in the north east counties, and my bro was a national ABA finalist so I had a genuine interest in what he said.
