Not sure why?

You have to be kidding me.

The fact nobody has explained their reasons suggests you guys can't really think.

Probably to do with him having a rubbish record before 2006, or missing a few sitters?

No I just think he slows down the majority of attacks.

He is miles better than Le Sib tbh.

Blatantly. We all know he's not great, and ideally he wouldn't (and won't) be first choice, but he's decent enough as back-up, and even with the hip injury, earlier on in the season he was the one player we had who you thought might score (and quite often he did). It'll be good to have him back.

That sounds more like Parker.

I'll be glad to have Shola back, Roeder making him play for months through injury was disgusting IMO.

Well, even letting him play with Shola saying it was ok was ridiculous and totally out of order.

It is shit how much stick the lad gets, he has often played through injury (something we should all know a lot of players wouldn't do!) to help the team out, its not his fault the manager/chairman haven't provided the club with enough cover and as others have said he has done well recently (noteable this coincides with Shearer not playing, a partnership most people have said in the past simply doesnt work!).
