Give them a ring, see if they have a booking agent who handles their band/event bookings. If so see what they can do to help, if not talk to the manager, find out how much they want for the venue, and work out how much you have to charge to cover both costs, then once you work it out give up because you will find that you also have to pay for a PA, advertising and other associated costs!
