Isegrim 10017
Mindless bureaucracy cunningly disguised as efficiency. In contrast to the mindless bureaucracy foolishly disguised as bureaucrazy I had to cope with last summer. Honestly I never thought there was a country with even more forms than us. In contrast to the mindless bureaucracy foolishly disguised as bureaucrazy I had to cope with last summer. Honestly I never thought there was a country with even more forms than us. I've just had to battle through my last Steuererklärung (numerous annexes, copies of British wage slips and all) for the sake of the six whole weeks I worked as a Selbständiger at the start of 2006. You're not getting any sympathy from me on this one.
Gemmill 47084
Loudball. This has stuck in my head from The Big Breakfast years ago. Johnny Vaughan came back from his holidays and was ranting about the Germans playing "Loudball" around the pool. It wasn't football, it wasn't volleyball, it was just throwing a ball around and being VERY FUCKING LOUD. "JA! JA! HARGUN SIE BARGUN SIE!" I know that's not German btw. Rob W 0
ROCKETS!!!!! Gather round while I sing you of Wernher von Braun, A man whose allegiance Is ruled by expedience. Call him a Nazi, he won't even frown. "Ha, Nazi Schmazi," says Wernher von Braun. Don't say that he's hypocritical, Say rather that he's apolitical. "Once the rockets are up, who cares where they come down? That's not my department," says Wernher von Braun. Some have harsh words for this man of renown, But some think our attitude Should be one of gratitude, Like the widows and cripples in old London town Who owe their large pensions to Wernher von Braun. You too may be a big hero, Once you've learned to count backwards to zero. "In German oder English I know how to count down, Und I'm learning Chinese," says Wernher von Braun.
