I've still got a few days left Renty baby. Hee heeeee! :icon_lol:

Spent by yourself, in bed, with your laptop on here no doubt.

Unlikely, but even if it was it would be preferable to work. Which is where you'll be. <_<

Is there any such thing as an actual holiday anyway if you've got your own workload? Serious question.

I find you tend to work harder in the run up to clear your decks and then you come back to a shed load cos no-one else is responsible for doing it in your absence. The work doesnt disappear, you just apportion it differently to accomodate a few days off.

Anyone else find that? Christ I've depressed myself.

Nurses etc have it easy like.

Going to see "that fucking Silky" tonight with a few mates, one lives in London, the other in Scunthorpe.... not hard to see who got the fuzzy end of that lollipop.

Get some tapas before the show, then back to mine afterwards, for some poker, nachos and vodka*. <_<

*we've only got Martinique Rum and not a drop of whiskey... it's the only spirit of note in the house... so I expect complaints from others, but I frankly couldn't give a shit. I like good vodka, they can kiss my shiney metal ass.

Aye you're right about that. Sometimes coming back off holiday you wonder why you bothered going away in the first place when you open up your emails or listen to your voicemails or whatever.

Mr Rents complains about exactly the same thing - must be a solicitor thing.

And who would dare argue with Mr Rents?

Gumph! <_<

Had 4 hours of lectures today... not too bad, but felt hungover as fuck due to the last 2 nights out in a row and being wasted on both of them. Canny nights though so it's not so bad.

Weekends are different when you're at Uni I guess, tend to be a lot quiter than when you have a full time job and can't really go out during the week. Just a quiet night in planned and a quiet weekend overall I would imagine, especially with NUFC not playing.

Gotta go see a house later on for next year, should be thrilling!
