Astigmatism is nothing unusual and glasses are quite fasionable these days. You could always get contact lenses as an alternative. Do you need them all the time or just for certain tasks? Â Thanks Apparently I only need them for driving and whilst using a computer ( which is about 75% of the time what with work and then here) but I have to wear them all the time for three days sothat my eyes "adjust" to them. Guest Patrokles
I have astigmatism too. Alternate between glasses and contacts depending. Contacts aren't great for astigmatism people because your corneas are flatter which means that the contacts, curved as they are, inevitably dig in somewhat. Not useful for extended wear. Jill 0
I need to get my eyes tested. The glasses I have at the moment are shit. I hate getting my eyes tested because they ask too many hard questions.. which is clearer, the red or the green? I don't fucking know, they all look shit.
