Round Eleven:

One thing's for sure, the Yanks won't be overly-impressed with this display, as Hatton had hoped. But he's sucking it up and ploughing on. Big clash of heads and Urango looks to have come off worse. However, after the restart, Hatton walks on to a big right hand. Urango lifts his arm at the end of the round, but I'd call that even. I have Hatton 108-102 ahead going into the final round.

Round Twelve:

Hatton running on fumes in the final round but he gets through and should have this fight quite comfortably on the cards. Not pretty, in fact extremely ragged, but it's very much job done for Hatton.

Decision:

Hatton takes the decision and is the new IBF light welterweight champion of the world. All three judges scored the fight 119-109, but that is not a true reflection of a very tough fight for Hatton.

It really is a shame seeing Hatton so much out of sorts at the moment, he doesn't quite seem to have the hustle and bustle that he used to right now and he definitely needs to work on his stamina.

how many out of how many world titles does he hold now?

2 out of 8 or 2 out of 10

its difficult to keep up

Depends which weight class he chooses to fight in.

There are the same amount of titles in each division, but if he wins titles at two different weights he could in theory hold several, Henry Armstrong was Lightweight, Welterweight and Middleweight champion all at the same time at one point, but that was in the good old days when there was only one champion in each weight-class.

how many World titles are there at Hattons weight then?

WBC

WBA

IBF

WBU

WBF

IBC

and in addition to that, historians tend to work out a Linear champion, ie the man who beat the man who beat the man.... since the last single title champion.
