Rob W 0 Posted January 17, 2007 Share Posted January 17, 2007 Aparently an internal document from the Dubai Investment company reckons they are aiming at a 25% rate of return on investment and an "exit strategy" after 7-8 years............................. so if they buy the club for £ 156 million they will also need to build a new ground but hey should be able to lay that off the way FFS did at SJP So they are aiming to make £ 39 mm a year - maybe not take it out but they have to increase the value of the club by that much if they don't (and find a buyer of course) by 2015 Every penny given to RAFA will go on top as well of course Looks like the Scousers will be paying a bit more for their seats.........
