I don't really understand people buying films on a regular basis. Only films I really like will I ever buy and watch again and the majority of time I find they just sit there gathering dust, there's loads I've bought and never watched again.

Agreed, a waste of money.

 

My mates weird uncle buy's around 10 dvd's a month (used to be vids) and never watches them, he just stores them in their wrappers in DVD cabinets.....strange behaviour i reckon

I prefer to buy TV series on DVD, rather than films although I do have a few "classics" (Godfather etc.)

 

In my head you're more likely to forget the events of an episodic show than you are a one off Blockbuster movie thing...

I'm like a woman buying shoes when a sale is on, had £80+ in my basket but managed to whittle it down to a couple of essential bargains...

Rome Season 1 £14.99

Female Prisoner #701: Scorpion £4.99

 

Band of Brothers is only £14.99 at HMV too and I still haven't seen it...fuck it...bought.
