Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age 2 for £10.

For when I finish Tomb Raider. :)

You will not be disappointed with those. Epic games, although 1 shades 2. I'd recommend the expansion for 1 as well, it was an additional 20 hours or so.

aye really liked them both, but they sort of dumbed down #2 far far easier i thought and less to manage tactics wise.

Dragon's Dogma is well worth a play if you like DA and those sort of games (same with Kingdom of Amalur)

I've heard of the second one but sure I'll give those a look. Would also agree on DA2 being easier; with that said, I was never one for the tactics anyway - more a hack 'em slash 'em gamer. Just play for the experience. Story was engaging too, which I think is crucial.

I just bought this:

Alienware M14x; £900 on that link, but I found a 15% off voucher by just googling for it. Saved me about £150. Most cost efficient 10 seconds I've ever spent.

Also I customised it so it wasn't quite the standard one anyway, but about the same price. Really happy with it!

aye the alienware laptops are powerhouses (basically desktop replacements as it's not made for being a laptop like as they weigh a ton and battery life is shocking lol) but great for laptop gaming.

The alienware desktops are a shambles though and insanely overpriced.

Dragon's Dogma is excellent tbh, been out a year or so i think so should be cheap enough now.

Not tried a desktop like - I also can't speak for the laptops, this one is a netbook more than anything, tiny screen. Battery life though is 6 hours which I think is pretty good? I think it's just a supercharged netbook; it's noisy as hell mind.

That game does look good actually, although I get the feeling it's spec requirements may be quite high? Might be a good test for the new machine I guess. Enemies look pretty awesome! Assuming about 60 hours gameplay?

So nice! Knowing my luck I'll get it the day before me holidays.

Just hoping my current one lasts until June in all honesty, starting to make crunchy noises when braking. :spaz:
