Restaurant-wise, if you want Italian try Azzurri on the Quayside or Strada off Old Eldon Square. http://www.strada.co.uk/ Based on the fact GM was asking for somewhere cheap (preferably free) to park then I dont think hes gonna appreciate paying 19 quid for a pizza. Ok I admit it was a very nice pizza, but it was pepperoni and chilli, not wild guineau fowl with gold filings, not caviar and smoked salmon washed in a champage surprise but pepperoni with some chillis and a few peppers.
