Brock Manson 0
Had to cook for 8 people last week - big family dinner. Kept it simple; browned off a batch of chicken and put that aside. I fried onions and peppers in paprika, allspice and oregano before throwing in a load of rice. Also put in peas, olives and a few bay leaves before topping the lot off with the chicken and some chicken stock (deglazed the pan with some beer). Cooked for 45 minutes in the oven and served. Bloody marvellous. Oh and my tried and tested key lime pie for afters. Champion.
Monkeys Fist 42188
Took the family to Wallington Hall for the day, and bought some of their estate-reared steaks. Just had them, char-grilled, with roast veg and salad. Mama Mia! Assaggiato fantastico an' that.
