Tooj 17
I was just coming in here to say I did a 3 bean chilli last night as well. Using up the coriander from the soup. Spooky Yours sounds nice, Brock. I hoy chilli flakes and fresh chillies in my though as I like it quite hot. I normally put either some dried ghost chillies or ghost chilli extract in mine. Christmas Tree 4725
Had the tastiest Kebab I've ever eaten in St Tropez harbour last year. Loads of super posh street cafes charging getting on for 10 euros for a coke and then you arrive at this fabulous little stall selling Kebabs for 5 euros. JonGoodwyn 1
Fair enough - thanks. It just seems pretty simple & I wouldn't have to buy much stuff for it. I don't have the book, do you have any particular recommendations from it?

Brock Manson 0
Does anyone have any ideas for cakes? I'm filling in as head chef for a week at a vegetarian cafe/restaurant and we're running low. I was going to cheat and make a banoffee pie, but I'd be interested in any ideas; I'm fairly new to baking. Doing alright so far; one guy came into the kitchen today to tell me my Malaysian satay casserole was delicious. (I'll put the recipe up at some point)
Monkeys Fist 42449
Lemon drizzle is almost foolproof. It works well when "sized up" for catering, can be done in a deep baking tray. Drizzly
